We do more than provide housing.

We provide hope, opportunity, and a clear pathway forward.

At the heart of our service is the Trinity Pathway, a holistic model of practice that supports young people across four key areas: Creation & Expression, Health & Wellbeing, Choice & Rights, and Education & Enterprise. This ensures each young person receives balanced, person-led support tailored to their individual needs, strengths, and aspirations.

We welcome referrals from local authorities, youth services, charities, and partner organisations, and we are committed to working collaboratively to achieve the best possible outcomes for young people.

“We understand that homelessness is rarely just about a lack of accommodation. It is often linked to trauma, disrupted education, poor mental health, unstable relationships, and a lack of opportunity. That is why our service combines secure housing with personalised, trauma-informed support that helps young people regain stability, build confidence, and move towards independence.”

About us

Who We Are

Project-31 Housing CIC is a social housing organisation dedicated to tackling youth homelessness through safe accommodation, structured support, and pathways to independence. We support young people aged 16–25 who may be leaving care, sofa-surfing, fleeing unsafe or exploitative environments, rough sleeping, or at risk of homelessness.

OUR MODEL OF PRACTICE

The Trinity Pathway

The Trinity Pathway is Project-31 Housing CIC’s core model of practice. It recognises that young people need more than accommodation to thrive. They need emotional support, practical skills, opportunity, and empowerment.

The pathway is structured around four interconnected domains, which together support young people to move from crisis to stability and independence.
